This open group class is step one to strength building and movement in the silks. Done in a flow style format we will start out slow and build up to two peak poses with time to rest and recover.

This 60 minute class time will be a work out and work in as we challenge our minds and bodies while increasing flexibility and body awareness in a trauma informed intimate setting.

This class will be an open group and limited to 7 people.

  • Yoga + Class Cancellation Policy

    Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of class to be considerate of our instructors' time + earning potential. If 24 hours' notice is not given, the Client will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.

  • Prepare For Your Class

    Make sure to hydrate, and we suggest clothing that is easy to move in. Breathe normally, and don't be afraid to communicate! We're here to make your experience as beneficial as possible.
