We ask all Clients to please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment to be considerate of our therapists' time + earning potential. If 24 hours' notice is not given, the Client will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.*

Hydrate before + after your appointment, wear loose comfy clothing, breathe normally, and don't be afraid to communicate! We are here to make your experience as relaxing + beneficial as possible.
