A sweat inducing dynamic yoga that has a fusion style that seamlessly blends the Vinyasa style of yoga, core work, spiraling, Hawaiian & Native American hip/hand movements and Rhythms, along with Qigong awareness.

We will be creating a harmonious dance of balance, strength, and synergy in your physical and emotional bodies. Primal movements refer to movements that are natural and fundamental to the human body, like squatting, lunging, pulling, hinging, rotating, or pushing.

Please bring your own mat.

  • Yoga + Class Cancellation Policy

    Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of class to be considerate of our instructors' time + earning potential. If 24 hours' notice is not given, the Client will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.
