    Learn the very basics of AcroYoga in a safe and fun environment. $15 for drop in rate. The class will be lead by Trevor & Hannah in the month of July.

    The class is limited to 20 people. You do not need a partner and will be placed in groups of 3 or 4. Acro is a great way to expand your awareness of what you're capable of, increase communication efficiency, and brings a sense of childlike play.

    • Yoga + Class Cancellation Policy

      Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start of class to be considerate of our instructors' time + earning potential. If 24 hours' notice is not given, the Client will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.

    • Prepare For Your Class

      Make sure to hydrate, and we suggest clothing that is easy to move in. Breathe normally, and don't be afraid to communicate! We're here to make your experience as beneficial as possible.
